How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency, mainly from Barnado's, Social Services, probation and prison services, Connexions, Erewash BC Housing Aid Teams, Broxtowe BC Homelessness Prevention and Amber Valley Council.
Referral procedure
Write or phone Mon-Fri 9am-4.30pm. Application form. Interview. May request additional background information depending on the needs of the applicant.

Support offered
21 staff plus volunteers, who collectively provide 24/7 hour waking cover. Keywork system (5 residents per key worker) with scheduled meetings held weekly but support available 24-7. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff offer support around independent living.
