How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency, mainly from Barnado's, Social Services, probation and prison services, Connexions, Erewash BC Housing Aid Teams, Broxtowe BC Homelessness Prevention and Amber Valley Council.
Referral procedure
Write or phone Mon-Fri 9am-4.30pm. Application form. Interview. May request additional background information depending on the needs of the applicant.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
12 staff plus volunteers, who collectively provide 24/7 hour waking cover. Keywork system (6 residents per key worker) with meetings held weekly or as required. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff offer support around independent living skills, literacy and numeracy, accessing employment and training and liaison with statutory and voluntary agencies. Education facilities providing support in literacy, numeracy and I.T plus an extensive programme of 'Living Skills', and Employment Related Training. Clients are supported in securing and maintaining employment during tenancy.
Support is holistic person centred with access to in-house counselling services.
