Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Complete START form and bring to START meeting for pannel to decide on suitability.

24/7 support 8am-11pm. 1 support worker per 10 residents. Waking Night care taker 11pm-8am. Caretaker available for 9 hours per day on variety of shift pattern.
