Who do we help?

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 who are vulnerable and at risk with medium-high support needs. A local connection is required.

Who we cannot help

Over 25s and any one without a local connection. No automatic exclusions otherwise, referrals considered on a case by case basis.

Westminster Young Persons Pathway, New Horizons, Connections, Statutory referrals prioritised.

Referral procedure

Phone 24 hours daily for information. Interview. Require proof of ID.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

6 staff, 24 hour waking cover, 2-3 staff on duty at any one time. Keywork system with meetings at least fortnightly. Residents encouraged to access support from Centrepoint's health and learning teams, who offer life skills programmes, counselling, healthy living sessions, IT training and workwise programmes.
