Support offered

Staff are located away from site at the office at Salisbury Road Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Outside of these hours a buddy system is in place with other staff at other Centrepoint Bradford Pathway Services. Each resident is allocated a key worker. Keywork system with regular meetings. Support includes help and advice on all aspects of independent living, benefits, health needs, employment, education, training and move-on.
