Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with low-medium support needs. Must have a local connection to LB Ealing or come via social services from other Boroughs. Referrals from probation service, mental health teams, schools and colleges, Police DA units or other homelessness service are welcome.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Referrals are accepted via LB Ealing's Gateway Team for applicants aged 18-25 and from LB Ealing's Access to Resources Team for those aged 16-17 (phone 020 8825 8000) and via email to the service. Referrals from probation service, mental health teams, schools and colleges, Police DA units or other homelessness service are welcome.

Referral procedure

All referrals come via our referral partners at the Local Authority ( Social Services or specialist support team- Homelessness Dept.) We also accept direct referrals if they have recourse to public funds and proof of this

Support and accommodation


Support offered

4 keyworkers who work from 8am-7.30pm. Concierge from 8.00pm, service is staffed 24 hours a day. Each resident has an allocated support worker, with regular meetings. Support and development plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff offer advice and support on life skills, benefits, employment, education and training. On-site training room and learning support and development worker. We also support clients with money wise sessions, in house counsellor, dual diagnosis worker and mental health worker
