Semi independent living for 16 – 17 year olds who are looked after young people in Social Services from the London Borough of Havering. Applicants must have a connection to Havering.

Who we cannot help

History of arson. Schedule 1 offenders. Sex offenders. Needs too high.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals from LB Havering, Looked After, Children Services Placement Team.

Referral procedure

Referral form completed by applicant and Local Authority, Social Services, Placements Team. Require background information from referral agency, including probation and psychiatric reports if applicable. Interview assessment by Centrepoint.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

3.5 day staff and 2 waking night staff on rota, 24 hour waking cover. Supported Housing Officers on site. Support and development plan with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Expected to engage in on-site learning services eg job search, careers advice, computer training (ECDL), life skills and learning workshops.
