Semi independent living for 18 – 24 year olds who are looked after young people in Social Services/ Leaving Care Team from the London Bourough of Havering. Applicants must have a connection to Havering.
Who we cannot help
History of arson, violence, sex, or schedule 1 offence. Needs too high.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Only accept referrals from LB Havering, Looked After, Children Services Placement Team.
Referral procedure
Referral form completed by applicant and the London Borough of Havering Leaving Care Team, Placements Team. Require background information from referral agency, including probation and psychiatric reports if applicable. Interview.

Support offered
3.5 staff on rota with waking night Conciarge, 24 hour waking cover. Supported Housing Officers on site. Support and development plan with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Expected to engage in on-site learning services eg job search, careers advice, computer training (ECDL), life skills and learning workshops.
