Support and accommodation

Support offered

3 full time staff, available Mon-Fri 8am-10pm, Sat & Sun 8am-8pm, floating night support and emergency on-call system. Key worker meetings weekly. Action plans with agreed outcomes reviewed quarterly or as required. Offer support with promoting independence including basic life skills, budgeting, attending GP and hospital appointments, welfare rights addictions, mental health.
