How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals come from the Gateway. Accept referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Referrals are from Newcastle Housing Advice Centre, via the Gateway System.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

5 full-time staff on-site, 24 hour cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Staff provide support around independent living skills, debt, child issues, health, wellbeing, employment and training.
