Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for an application form. Interview and risk assessment. Require 2 references. Self referral, college, school, local authority.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Staff are available on-site during the daytime at 2 properties and provide sleep-in cover at 1 7-bed property. key worker system with meetings at least weekly. Provide support around independent living skills and finding appropriate permanent accommodation.
