Who do we help?
Single people with support needs who are homeless or in housing need, including ex-offenders and people with substance/alcohol use or mental health problems. Can accept applicants with well-behaved dogs.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Most referrals come from other voluntary agencies.
Referral procedure
To make a referral you can telephone or email us.
If the referral is being made on behalf of an individual by a partner agency, a single referral form must be completed.
As an individual, you can self-refer. We will get in contact with you to take some essential information.
Risk assessment are always completed and sometimes we may require additional information to help us make a decision regarding the referral.

Support offered
A mix of full time and part time staff and volunteers are employed on a rota basis across all our services providing person centred and outcome focused support.
Assistance is available 24 hours a day, with security and On Call Support providing cover over night.
All clients are allocated a Key Worker on entry to the service. In most cases, each client will retain the same Key Worker throughout their journey within the service.
Staff give general support and advice to clients on all aspects of independent living, including securing and keeping a tenancy, managing a budget, eating well for less, self-care.
