Support and accommodation

Support offered

A mix of full time and part time staff and volunteers are employed on a rota basis across all our services providing person centred and outcome focused support. Assistance is available 24 hours a day, with security and On Call Support providing cover over night. All clients are allocated a Key Worker on entry to the service. In most cases, each client will retain the same Key Worker throughout their journey within the service. Staff give general support and advice to clients on all aspects of independent living, including securing and keeping a tenancy, managing a budget, eating well for less, self-care.
