Referral procedure
Application form. Interview. If vacancy arises in shared tenancy, prospective residents may be invited to meet existing residents "to get the best match possible".

Support and accommodation
Support offered
3 full time staff, available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Keywork system (12 clients per worker). key workers visit clients at least once a week, usually 2-3 times. Support is usually higher at the start of the tenancy. Compulsory support plan covering housing, money, health, careers, education and training, and life and social skills.
