Crisis Skylight - London

Services offered

Crisis Skylight London work with members in a psychologically informed, housing led, person centred, individualised, planned and supportive way using a range of tools such as Coaching, and Information, Advice and Guidance. Each member has an allocated lead worker, who will work with and support the member through their journey with Crisis. The Lead Worker approach supports a consistent and fluent service for each member, knowing that they have one point of contact, someone who knows and understands their support needs and can work with them and external services through the challenges, navigate the complex systems around them and celebrate their successes. Each members plan will look at all the elements of support each member needs, which will include Wellbeing, Housing, Employment and Learning. We know these are all important aspects of ending each members homelessness as well as personal development and growth, all of which are key parts of Crisis Model of Change. One Crisis coach will have oversight over a member's journey with Crisis, ensuring the member has the best advice and support to progress in all areas, ending their homelessness sustainably.
