Complete application form at www.housingsupportgatewaybathnes.gov.uk - this application covers all supported housing in BANES. Applicants will be contacted before interview.

4 full time staff, available daily from 9am-5pm, security night porter at other times. key worker system, weekly meetings or as requested by resident. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least every 3 months.
