Young single homeless people aged 16-25. Priority to those with a City of Westminster connection.

Who we cannot help

Arsonists, sex offenders. Those with a history of violence will be risk assessed.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Part of Westminster Housing Pathway. Accept referrals from Cardinal Hume, Berwick Street. In extenuating circumstances can take referrals from Bruce House, HDST Flats, Cardinal Hume training flats and Gosfield Street.

Referral procedure

Fax or email. Assessment made within 72 hours. Potential residents and their workers welcome to visit project before interview.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

5 full time staff, available Mon-Thurs 7am-12 midnight, Fri 7am-1am, Sat 8am-1am, Sun 8am-12 midnight, sleep-in cover. key worker assigned in first week, keywork plans with agreed outcomes and weekly keywork meetings. Support includes advice on budgeting, benefits, personal issues, cooking, finding employment and training. Range of in-house activities eg life skills. Also offer family mediation.
