Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with medium support needs. Priority to those with a local connection to LB Brent.
Who we cannot help
History of arson. Needs too high. Danger to self or others/Antisocial behaviour. Significant Mental Health Needs.

Referral procedure
Phone 9am-5pm daily. Application form completed by applicant and agency prior to interview. If accepted, can move in day after interview. Require proof of ID.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
4 full time project workers and 2 full time night staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (approx 5 residents per key worker), with weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide support around independent living skills, budgeting, employment and training. Offer money management training and family mediation.
