How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from the social inclusion team at RBKC.

Referral procedure

Application form completed by referral agency. Interviews Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Successful applicants must make a benefit claim and move in within 24 hours of an offer of accommodation.

Support offered

8 staff working at the service (3 Support Workers, 3 Support Assistants, Team Leader and Team Manager); minimum 2 staff on site covering shifts 7am to 10pm, night concierge provide waking night covering 9.30pm to 7.30am; Keywork system (5-6 per worker) with weekly meetings. Staff provide support around well-being and self-care, mental and physical health, life skills, education, employment and training. Referrals to specialist support services where appropriate.
