Who do we help?

We supports single people up to 65 years of age with a range of complex needs including experience of homelessness or rough sleeping, substance misuse and/or mental ill health. Applicants must have a local connection to Croydon.

Support offered

The service is manned 24 hours, Keyworkers provide support from 7:00-22:00, waking night cover is provided from 22:00-07:00. All clients we be allocted a named support worker, weekly/fornightly keywork sessions are provided based on clients needs. A number of workshops and activities are provided such as arts & crafts group, movie nights, table tennis, work and leaning advice and support. Weekly evening Alcoholics Anonymous meeting.

Own bedroom, shared kitchen and bathroom. We do not permit overnight guests and clients are not permitted to make make any alterations to the room or any fixtures, fittings or furniture provided by the service.
