Homeless people with support needs, including ex-offenders and people with mental health issues. Also includes assessment beds . Must be accepted by local authority

No automatic exclusions. All applicants are risk assessed.

Referral procedure

Phone Wirral Housing Options Interview and Assessment will be completed once accepted by Wirral Council .

Support offered

Full time staff on-site, 24 hour waking cover. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide support around daily living skills, help with access to training and employment and signposting to other services.
