Who do we help?

Young single people aged 18-25 with support needs, including ex-offenders and people with mental health issues. Can accommodate 9 single parents with babies. Local connection required.

No automatic exclusions. All applicants are risk assessed.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Contact the Housing Solutions Team on the above number 24/7. Under 18s have to be referred via social services/Pathways/Response.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

10 full time staff on-site, 24 hour waking cover. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide support around daily living skills, help with access to training and employment and signposting to other services.
