How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Many referrals come from Social Services, Connexions, Probation Service and Youth Justice Team.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

24/7 staff cover. Weekly support sessions. Action planing with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least every 3 months. Staff provide help with benefit applications, developing independent living skills, accessing education and training, and liaise with specialist support services where applicable.
