Single homeless adults 18+. Priority given to applicants who are rough sleeping, prison leavers or hospital leavers. All referrals must have a local connection to North Kesteven.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

1 full time team leader, 3 full time support planners, 3 full time support workers. No night cover. Residents meet with a support planner on a weekly basis to review progress and action plan for the upcoming week. Along with completing any housing related support such as homelessness application, local authority housing applications etc. Residents meet with support workers at least weekly to support with appointments, budgeting, employment, education, life skills etc. Support is offered with addressing offending, drug and alcohol use, mental health concerns and anti-social behaviour issues.
