5 full time staff, 24 hour sleep-in over. Keywork system (4-5 residents per worker), monthly meetings. Staff assess residents' needs and draw up a support plan outlining agreed action to be taken, may include help with addressing previous offending behaviour, life skills, social skills and accessing training and employment opportunities.
