Only accept self referrals and agency referrals via Sheffield Council.

Support offered

11 full time staff available Mon- Fri 8am-8pm. Security staff provide waking night cover. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 2 months. Staff offer support around independent living skills, benefits and budgeting, employment, education and training, health issues and parenting skills.
