Single homeless people. Priority given to those with a Southend on Sea connection.

Schedule 1 offenders/ People posing a risk to children. Sex offenders. Recent history of arson.

Mixed

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Visits are by appointment only while covid-19 restrictions are still in place. Call to book.

Staff provide support Mon-Fri 9am-9pm and Sun 9am-5pm, night security cover 9pm-9am and Sat-Sun 5pm-9am.

Single ensuite rooms.
