How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept referrals initially via HAF system from Bishopbridge House or CAPS, some via City Council or Social Services.
Referral procedure
Application form completed by prospective resident and referral agency prior to interview. Require proof of ID for benefit purposes.
Rosary Road is secondary stage accommodation and works with the direct access hostel as a second stage housing provider.

Support offered
24 hour staff cover including sleep-in cover. key worker system which includes weekly support meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes covering health, substance use, life skills. Multi agency work with external support agencies.
