Only accept referrals via Cumberland Council Homelessness Services.

Referral procedure

Phone Office on 0300 373 3730 Mon-Thurs, 9am to 5pm and Fri, 9am to 4pm for Appointment. Out of Hours. Interview. Require proof of ID.

Staff provide 24/7 cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Staff provide advice and support with tenancy sustainment including benefits, employment, finding accommodation.
