How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self-referrals and referrals from local Partner agencies.

Referral procedure

People need to be verified as rough sleeping by the street outreach team who will then assess the individual and then go onto a waiting list. Priority is given to locally connected people.

Support offered

10 staff, 215 volunteers. Weekly keywork sessions. Staff provide assistance with benefits claims, resettlement programme, support to access health care, support with drug and alcohol issues.
