Justlife - Brighton

Services offered

Outreach/floating support service that aims to ensure that people’s experience of emergency or temporary accommodation is short, safe and healthy. In Brighton & Hove, our Health Engagement service provides practical and emotional support, helping people access healthcare and address the wider issues affecting their health and wellbeing. Our Children and Families Service supports families living in temporary accommodation, while our Social Connection Programme offers activities and opportunities to build relationships, reduce isolation and strengthen people’s connections within the community. We also deliver Pathway+, a responsive support service for people experiencing homelessness who are admitted to the Royal Sussex County Hospital.
