Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Keystage provides a range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of individuals experiencing homelessness. We deliver community-based support services for people with lived experience of the criminal justice system, as well as individuals with learning disabilities. In addition, we offer supported housing with 24-hour staffing for residents with more complex needs, including mental health conditions and substance misuse. Placements are subject to availability and an assessment to ensure we can safely and effectively meet the individual's needs. Please note that we are unable to accommodate individuals who require housing with dependent children. Pets may be considered subject to a risk assessment
Who we cannot help
All referrals are subject to a comprehensive risk assessment to determine whether we can safely accommodate the individual while safeguarding other residents, staff and the wide community, Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Keystage delivers a range of support models tailored to meet the needs of our residents.
Our Community Housing is staffed Monday to Friday during office hours. In the event of incidents or concerns outside of these hours, staff from other Keystage services are available to provide support as required. Within our complex need's accommodation, staffing is provided on a 24-hour basis, including waking night staff, to ensure residents with higher or more complex needs receive appropriate and continuous support. All residents are allocated a key worker. Keywork sessions take place on a weekly basis, fortnightly, or monthly, depending on the service and the individual's assessed needs.
