Who do we help?
Keystage have multiple services to meet a wide range of client's needs through homelessness. This includes community services for ex-offenders and learning disabilities. Also have housing with full time staffing for those who have complex needs such as mental health and drug/alcohol misuse. Unable to house those with children who need to stay or pets.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Referral procedure
Keystage accept referrals from any services in Luton along with self-referrals through our website or via email to our referrals and assessments co-ordinator. However, our referrals to our service in Hitchin will be sent to us from North Herts District Council. We also have the HOME scheme in Northampton which is for those who are seeking employment or currently working whilst going through homelessness. Community housing hub staffed Monday – Friday office hours but if there is an incident or any concerns staff from other sites will support. In our complex needs housing, we have staff 24/7, including waking nights, to support the needs of the service users. Keywork sessions are undertaken weekly, two weekly or monthly depending on the service and in addition ad hoc keywork happens regularly. Keystage offers a wide range of support for drug and alcohol misuse, immigration, probation, mental health, physical health, learning disabilities, debt management support and if we do not have the support required inhouse we will source it. We work with multiple agencies to offer the support required.

Our Luton site - a Homeless Assessment Rapid Resettlement Pathway (HARRP) - provides 32 high quality living facilities, alongside tailored support for individuals faced with rough sleeping.

Luton, Hitchin and Northampton locations are all very close to public transport. They are all within a short walking distance of the town centres.
