Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-6pm for application form. Informal visit, interview and risk and needs assessment meeting.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

3 waking night staff and 4 daytime staff providing 24 hour cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Staff provide support around daily living skills.
