How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals from South Gloucestershire Council Accommodation Team.

Referral procedure

Named agency referrals only. Clients contacted by KHA after a referral is received to arrange interview.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Staff provide visiting support at least fortnightly. Keywork system and action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide support around tenancy related issues, benefits, alcohol and drugs use and access to education, training and employment.
