How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Northcott House is a specific type of temporary accommodation, and access is managed through Southwark's Housing Options service, not directly by individuals.
Referral procedure
To get a referral to Northcott House or any Southwark Council temporary accommodation, you must first contact the Housing Options Team at 25 Bournemouth Road, Peckham, SE15 4UJ, call 020 7525 5950, email housing.options@southwark.gov.uk, or use their online form, as they assess homelessness and risk of homelessness to arrange suitable support.
