How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Brent council housing team only.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Vacancies offered to named agencies on a rota basis, then open to other agencies. Referral form completed prior to interview. Must have proof of ID, income and immigration status.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

21 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Each resident is allocated a key worker team. Support aims to help residents live independently. Staff provide benefits advice, liaison with Social Services and assistance with accessing other support services. Regular careers guidance sessions, coffee mornings and outings.

Including 40 spaces for women. Rooms are in clusters of 7-4 beds. Separate annex for 16-21 year olds.
