Only accepts referrals via the local authority on King Street, Hammersmith & Fulham.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

13 staff, 24 hour waking hour cover. Keywork system with meetings as required. key workers assess residents' support needs and make referrals to relevant support agencies eg welfare benefits, meaningful occupation. Support plans with agreed outcomes, Dom Care worker - Basic needs cleaning, cooking, shopping etc
