All adult homeless households who have presented as homeless to Manchester City Council with low-medium support needs. Can accept mixed and same sex couples, groups, and those with multiple needs. Manchester connection preferred.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Only accept referrals from the Manchester City Council homeless assessment team and other Manchester City Council run temporary accommodation units.
Referral procedure
No self referrals. Referrals made via MCC Move on Support Worker and Housing Solutions Team. Require proof of ID, National Insurance number and income.

Support offered
14 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (average 6 residents per worker), meetings at least monthly. Support plans with agreed outcomes drawn up by support worker, resident and other involved agencies. Initial plan written within 1 week of moving in and reviewed at least once a month. Staff offer "housing-related support with holistic support planning."
