GP led organisation providing NHS services within Manchester and is offering a Homeless Access Practice service. Mobilized 7 GP practices city wide to provide health care services for people who are homeless. 7 locations throughout Manchester will provide walk-in appointments with a Nurse or GP on a variety of days and times during the week. Services available include: General triage, Wound care, Vaccinations, Well clinics, Mental health support, Drug and alcohol support.
