Support and accommodation

Support offered

2 full time or equivalent staff, based at main office, visit residents at least weekly, emergency on-call system. key worker system (11/12 residents per key worker), with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed 6 weekly. Staff provide support around independent living skills, education and resettlement.
