Newham Transitional Practice (Manor Park)


Services offered

The Service delivers primary health care service in Newham for people who do not have a permanent GP and who have experienced difficulties in registering locally with a GP. It includes a ‘New Entrants Screening Service’ for new arrivals to the UK and a Homeless Service for people without a permanent residence. The Centre Manor Park is the main site for the practice; Vicarage Lane Health Centre is the branch site. Patients registered can be seen across both sites wherever appointments are available. Weekly Citizen Advice Bureau clinics which registered patients can access.

How to contact

Monday to Friday 8am - 6.30pm. HUB Extended Hours service (Monday - Friday, 6.30am to 9.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm). Registered patients will have access to see a GP when their surgery is closed.
