Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone office Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, out of hours 07739454978 or call in after 5pm at the nightshelter (address above). Complete registration form and housing benefit form on arrival.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

2 volunteers on shift overnight. Daytime support at the Platform 5 day centre, providing advice and information on benefits, educational activities and workshops, help with finding accommodation and counselling.
