Single female only 16+. Low support needs. Manageable Mental health, drug and alcohol needs. Local connection preferable.
Past offenders, that are not high risks to other customers.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists - dependent on associated risks, history of offence & any other associated factors that may impact on a potential referral.
Recent offences that could cause harm to customers & staff.
Any offence that is/may be deemed a risk to females.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
All referrals go through the Housing Related Support
Referral procedure
Application to be completed via HRS referral portal, a housing interview and needs and risk assessment will be set up, applicant must bring proof of income and Identification, staff will contact applicant up to 5 working days if success or unsuccessful.

The service has in place a
Service Delivery manager, Lead Project worker, two project workers and two waking night staff
Withipoll Street is not staffed 24/7
Shift cover is in place between 8am-7pm Monday to Friday with occasional weekend cover
We have in place a waking night service from 6.30pm-6.30am, Monday to Sunday
Customers are allocated a key worker.
Support is around signposting to eternal agencies, money management, support to access employment, training, social and learning opportunities, Move on to independent living and housing.
