How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals from the Borough of Croydon via The Turnaround Centre.

Referral procedure

: All referrals must come via the Turnaround Centre – who will undertake an assessment of needs and risks before applicants are referred to the Foyer for interview. We require proof of ID and income, and reports from other agencies involved. May request references.

Support offered

3 full time, 1 part time support staff available daily 9am-9pm, waking staff available 24/7, concierge provides overnight cover. key worker system with fortnightly meetings.

18 within a 24 hour staffed hub, 29 bed spaces within 7 shared houses in the local community (with floating support and a roving concierge service)
