How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Referrals are only accepted from the local council for the crashpad only from East Herts council, communal facilities for children looked after, referrals will only be accepted from Herts County Council

Referral procedure

Phone, download or call in for an application form, which must be completed prior to interview., proof of identity and proof of NI number.
