Young single homeless people aged 16-18 with additional support needs. Must have a local connection to LB Hillingdon except in exceptional circumstances. This hostel only accepts referrals from Hillingdon Social Services.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals come from LB Hillingdon Social Services. Do not accept self referrals.

Referral procedure

Referrals need to be made on Hillingdon generic referral form. Initial assessment required from referring agency together with care/pathway plans/YOS report as applicable. Formal interview. Referrals from Social Services Placements team only.
