Who do we help?

Single homeless people aged 21 and older, working full or part-time or receiving benefits such as UC, pension, etc. Lea Bridge House is a non-supported temporary accommodation. Please note applicants with support needs such as mental health, prison offences with risk, and drug and alcohol misuse will be rejected. Priority is given to applicants who meet our criteria and have been successfully interviewed and accepted from the following: 1st - London Borough of Waltham Forest Council referrals 2nd - Rough sleepers with chain numbers 3rd - Applicants in date order of applications

Who we cannot help

History of arson, violence, or sex offence. Chemically dependent individuals.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Application forms must be fully completed by referral agency along with valid proof of photo ID and income. If applicant on application form meets criteria interview to be arranged.
