Single homeless people wishing to address substance missuse. Must be eligible for benefits. Applicants must have a local connection to LB Lewisham.

Who we cannot help

Arsonists, those on SO Register, have firearms offences. Other exclusions depend on risk assessment and the level of risk identified.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals via Lewisham Vulnerable Adults Pathway and SHIP Team. Can accept referrals direct from prison.

Referral procedure

All referrals via Lewisham SHIP Team and Tier 4 Services.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

2 full time and 1 part time staff based on-site Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Compulsory keywork and daily group work sessions. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 6 weeks. Staff also engage in joint work with internal and external agencies to meet identified need.
