Support offered

1 full time member of staff visits Mon-Fri 9am-5pm weekly-fortnightly. Compulsory keywork system (11 residents per key worker), keywork meetings weekly or fortnightly. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 3-6 months. Staff provide support with budgeting, domestic skills, benefits, access to other agencies and support, health matters access to education.
