How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Art Referral Team Lancashire County Council or Local Authority Housing.

Referral procedure

Referrals for The Sidings come through the ART Referral Team at Lancashire County Council and from the Local Authority Housing Department - Ribble Valley. Referrals are via a 16-17 year old joint protocol between Housing and Social Care with a priority needs scaling. Young single homeless people at risk or with Child looked after status.
