Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs, single women with dependent children, and young single asylum seekers. Priority given to applicants with a local connection. Target 7% residents from black and minority ethnic groups, and 50% women.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Referral procedure
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write. Application form completed by applicant and referral agency prior to interview. Need relevant reports.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
9 full time staff provide on-site or visiting support Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Keywork system (6-8 residents per worker), regular keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff give advice and help with social skills, money management, relationships, child protection, community involvement, employment.
