Who we cannot help

All referrals are assessed on their ability to manage risk of themselves and others as this is not staffed 24 hours.

Support offered

The service is 8am to 6 pm 7 days a week, There is no night staff or concierge provision. Staff support residents to be safe, monitor and address risk to self, to others and form others. Also support with improving health outcomes, maximizing income, gaining new or retraining on life and social skills so that they can live as independently as is possible and contribute positively to the community via volunteering or employment
