Who do we help?

Young single people aged 18-25 with low-medium support needs who are homeless, care leavers, inadequately housed or at risk. Must have local connection to LB Tower Hamlets.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone, visit 10am - 6pm daily or write. Referral form. Risk assessment. Interview.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Team of 4 welfare staff are available for advice every day between 10am-6pm, 2 night staff available 8pm-8am. No formal keywork system but staff meet with residents to provide advice and support around welfare benefits, health issues, training and development, move-on, social activities and events.
